Does booking cost anything?
No. Booking is free. You pay only if the clinician finds a PSD letter appropriate: $149 for one or two dogs, or $229 for three.
What happens at the evaluation?
A licensed clinician talks with you for about 5–10 minutes by phone or video about your mental health condition, how it affects daily life, and the tasks your dog is trained to perform.
What if I don't qualify?
Then no letter is issued and you aren't charged. The clinician may explain other options, such as whether an emotional support animal letter fits your situation better.
How soon do I get my letter?
Usually the same day as your evaluation, as a signed PDF that lists the clinician's name, license type, license number, issuing state and date.
Do you evaluate in my state?
We only evaluate where our clinicians can lawfully practice. The booking step confirms your state before you choose a time.
Is my information private?
Yes. What you share is used for your evaluation and handled as described in our privacy policy and notice of privacy practices.
